In short: the App collects no personal data, uses no analytics or advertising, and operates without any server of ours. The information you enter (such as player names and club setups) is stored only on your own devices.

Who we are

The App is developed and published by Softcons ApS ("we", "us"). If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at support@softcons.dk.

Data the App handles

App content you enter — such as player names, selected club levels, golf bags, wind, ball power, elevation, and settings. This data is stored only on your devices (your iPhone and your paired Apple Watch) and is never sent to us or to any other server.
Sync between your own devices — the App transfers your content between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This transfer happens directly between your own devices; we never see it.
Purchases — in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive your name, your payment details, or any transaction data; the App only stores, on your device, whether a purchase is active.

What the App does not do

No analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting is sent anywhere.
No advertising or ad tracking.
No third-party data-collecting frameworks or SDKs.
No account creation, no email addresses, no location data, no contacts, no identifiers collected by the App.
No data is sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.

Deleting your data

Because all of your content lives on your devices, you can delete it at any time: remove a player in the App to delete their data, or delete the App to remove everything.

Children

The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data through the App, contact us — as described above, the App sends us no data, and we have none to retain.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access to, correction of, and erasure of your personal data. Since the App stores your data only on your own devices, you can exercise these rights directly in the App or by deleting it. For anything else, contact us at the email address above and we will assist.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated and the effective date changed.
